Files you upload, or that an AI app sends on your behalf, and everything made from them, are deleted within 30 minutes. They are not used for anything but the check or fix you asked for.
Checking and fixing happen on PrintSanity's own server. A redraw uses OpenAI: your artwork and the words you confirmed are sent to OpenAI to make the new version. Nothing is sent to OpenAI unless you start a redraw.
Stripe handles payment; PrintSanity never sees your card. For each purchase PrintSanity keeps the Stripe session reference and how many tries are left, for 400 days, so tries carry over and refunds can be matched. Your browser keeps the same reference so you can use the tries you paid for.
If you ask for a key, PrintSanity keeps your email address and a scrambled form of the key, to give one key per address and to answer you if you write in. The key itself is not stored. Using PrintSanity from an AI app without a key stores nothing about you.
Cloudflare runs the site, checks you are a person before an upload, and counts visits without cookies. PrintSanity does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not sell or share your information.
