Checking a file and the fixes PrintSanity makes on its own are free. The one paid thing is a redraw: when your artwork has too few pixels for the size you are printing, an image model draws it again at the resolution that size needs. It costs $2.99, paid once by card before the redraw starts. That covers up to three tries, so if a word comes out wrong you can correct it and redraw again without paying again. There are no subscriptions.
Payment is handled by Stripe. PrintSanity never sees or stores your card details.
If the redraw does not come out right, email us within 30 days and you will get a full refund. There is nothing to fill in; say which file it was.
A redraw that comes out worse than what you uploaded is thrown away automatically and your original is kept. The first two times that happens, the try is not counted.
Files you upload, and everything made from them, are deleted within 30 minutes.
Checking and fixing happen on PrintSanity's own server. A redraw uses OpenAI: when you start one, your artwork is sent to OpenAI to read its words, and if you go on to pay, the artwork and the words you confirmed are sent again to make the new version. Nothing is sent to OpenAI unless you start a redraw.
A redraw is a new image. PrintSanity checks that the words you confirmed come through and replaces any QR code with a working one, but it cannot judge everything a person would. Look over the result before you print it.
