The top of the headline is gone, or the date at the bottom fell off. Two different things cause it, and both are easy to fix.
ChatGPT's tall images are 2:3. Letter paper is about 3:4, and A4 is different again. When the printer is set to fill the page, it scales the image up until the paper is covered and cuts off whatever hangs over: usually the top and bottom of a tall flyer.
Set it to fit instead and nothing is cut, but you get white bars down the sides. PrintSanity fits it to the paper without cropping and fills the bars with the colour at the flyer's own edge, so it looks intended.
Most home printers leave a margin of about a quarter inch they can't reach. Artwork that runs to the very edge of the file loses that strip. Keep text and anything important at least a quarter inch in from every edge, or print it a touch smaller.
At a print shop it's the cutter rather than the printer: the blade is never exactly on the line. That's what bleed is for.
Drop in the flyer and pick the paper. You'll see it on the page, nothing cut off. Free.
