PrintSanity

Customers keep bringing you AI files

Too few pixels, the wrong shape, no bleed, a QR code that doesn't scan. PrintSanity fixes most of it in a minute, before anyone at your shop opens an editor.

What it does with a customer's file

  1. Checks it at the size you're printing, judged by how far away it'll be read.
  2. Fits it to the paper without cropping or stretching.
  3. Rebuilds QR codes so they scan, including ones an image model drew that never could.
  4. Hands you a print-shop PDF: 1/8" bleed, crop marks, trim box set.
  5. Redraws it sharp when it hasn't got the pixels: the same design at print resolution for $2.99, with the words checked before and after. Not an hour of someone's time.

It won't vectorize a logo or un-flatten layers. That's still a person's job.

Two ways shops use it

At the counter: drop in the file the customer sent, pick the size, download the PDF.

Before it reaches you: put printsanity.com on your file-upload page or in your reply to customers ("run your file through this first"), and files arrive fixed.
